I have always felt a need for adventure and discovery. Coming from a small Delta town, I never thought the opportunity to explore would be possible! With the encouragement from my friends and family, I have been able to travel and expand my horizons all within a college girl's budget! I initially created Discover Mimi Abbott to keep my family informed of my summer in New York City. Because of readers like you, I have  been motivated to continue logging my adventures!
